Our vintage horse trailer comes complete with running water, interior lights, outlets for phone chargers, a coffee pot and mini fridge, bluetooth speaker, butcher block countertops, drop-in ice bin for dedicated clean ice service, waterproof flooring, and plenty of storage. 

Rent alone or with staging to do all the heavy lifting and hard work that comes with pulling off an outstanding event. Packages with staffing include custom menu pricing and guest count calculations to create an accurate shopping list for all your alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

  • Hydration Station— a styled hydration station with up to two beverages choices, including infused waters (ex. Cucumber Mint, Strawberry Lemon, Citrus) and/or custom crafted Lemonades (ex. Lavender Lemonade, Strawberry Lemonade), as well as disposable cups, napkins, ice. This will be available as your guests arrive and throughout the duration of your event. 
  • Signature Drinks— fresh juices, simple syrups, and upgraded garnishes come together to create special, unique cocktails that are sure to impress your guests! We will work together to create the perfect menu to really add some Wow! To your event! 
  • Party Signage—Created by our in-house graphic designer, signs will direct and inform your guests about your signature drinks and “station” options. Always stylish and informed by your event’s theme and style.
  • Champagne Toast—we will set up a champagne toast display using our unique vintage ladder shelf so that all guests can participate in a toast at the same time. We will chill and serve your champagne for the first, special toast of the event. 
  • Exclusive Specialty Bars—Mojito bar, Margarita bar, Bloody Mary Bar, Mimosa Bar—You name it!! The Sippin’ Squirrel will create a beautiful and delicious specialty experience for your guests. 
  • Hot Beverage Service—coffee, tea, hot chocolate, mulled wine—you name, we can do it! Includes paper cups, napkins, stirrers, up to two flavors or creamers, sugar, or any other condiment that is appropriate. 
  • Non-Alcoholic Beverage Station—your choice of bottled or canned sodas, juice boxes or other NA drinks displayed in attractive tubs to complement the theme of your party.
  • Servers—The Sippin’ Squirrel can provide additional servers for table pour service, bussing of tables, assisting catering staff. We want to take your event to the next level!
  • Glassware or Upgraded Plastic Ware—we can provide real glassware to match the theme and aesthetic of your event. We like this add-on as it really reflects our commitment to sustainable practices and earth friendly values.  Another option to real glassware is to upgrade to re-useable plastic ware and keep them after the event or offer as gifts to your guests. These can be customized!
